Growing Complaints About LottoPalace
Over the past few weeks, Scam-Or Project has again received numerous complaints regarding LottoPalace.
Most recently, a customer reported a loss exceeding EUR 10,000 and highlighted the lack of response from LottoPalace’s support team. Additionally, the customer was unable to obtain any operator information to pursue legal action.
As a result, we provide an updated overview of LottoPalace (read our previous report here).
LottoPalace’s Facebook Presence Disappears
Since the publication of our last report in April 2018, LottoPalace has taken down its Facebook page.
At that time, customer reviews were overwhelmingly negative, and some users publicly threatened legal action.
Facing a surge of damaging posts, the operators seemingly decided to withdraw from social media to avoid further exposure.
Who Really Owns and Operates LottoPalace?
LottoPalace is closely tied to VELTYCO GROUP PLC, a UK-listed company responsible for the brand’s sales and marketing activities.
VELTYCO, infamous for managing questionable online platforms, is linked directly to Uwe LENHOFF, the German entrepreneur who founded the group and remains its principal shareholder.
The companies officially listed on the LottoPalace website — Altair Entertainment N.V. and Payific Ltd — belong to LENHOFF’s network.
Therefore, VELTYCO GROUP and Uwe LENHOFF must be regarded as the beneficial owners and operators of LottoPalace, making them the rightful points of contact for customers and legal representatives.
Corporate Structure Behind LottoPalace
A deeper look into LottoPalace reveals a familiar setup:
-
Tunegames Holding Ltd, a company within the VELTYCO GROUP, holds the exclusive license for LottoPalace.
-
Altair Entertainment N.V., controlled by Uwe LENHOFF, was commissioned by Tunegames Holding Ltd to operate LottoPalace.
-
T4Y Marketing Ltd, another VELTYCO entity, promotes LottoPalace in German-speaking markets via the website tippen4you.com, producing favorable (but undisclosed related-party) reviews.
These entities are part of the same infrastructure used previously for binary options brokerages and sports betting sites promoted by VELTYCO.

Regulatory Warnings and Offshore Complications
Both Altair Entertainment N.V. and its subsidiary Payific Ltd have been the subjects of multiple warnings from financial regulators across different jurisdictions for unauthorized business operations.
Due to the complicated offshore company structures involved, pursuing legal action directly against these entities can be challenging.
However, the positive aspect for affected customers is that VELTYCO GROUP PLC, as a publicly traded company in London, cannot easily hide behind these offshore layers.
